The Physics Behind PSI: This oscillator treats Price Action as a physics problem: Energy = Displacement (Body) x Efficiency (Quality) x Mass (Volume)
Efficiency Filter:
A candle with a large body and small wicks represents Focused Energy. (High PSI Score).
A candle with long wicks and a small body represents Entropy/Indecision. (Low PSI Score).
Threshold: If a candle's efficiency is below the user-defined threshold (e.g., 0.3), the script treats it as "Noise" and assigns 0 energy.
Kinetic Smoothing (HMA):
Unlike EMA or SMA which lag, this script uses HMA (Hull Moving Average) to provide near-instant feedback on momentum shifts.
How to Read the Colors (The 4-Phase Cycle):
🟦 Dark Blue: Acceleration. The trend is strong, volume is supporting, and candles are efficient. (HOLD/ADD).
lightblue Light Blue: Deceleration. The trend is still up, but kinetic energy is fading. (TAKE PROFIT / WARNING).
🟥 Dark Red: Crash. Strong selling pressure with high efficiency. (SHORT).
pink Light Red: Exhaustion. Sellers are tired, wicks are forming. (PREPARE FOR BOUNCE).
Orange Circle (Top Warning): An orange dot appears when Dark Blue turns into Light Blue. This is your "Early Warning System" that the bullish momentum has peaked.
