This update renames the “Jerry Romine TV BAR” indicator" to the "Jerry Romine Market Intelligence Bar V2" to a different level. It now combines price action, fundamentals and risk metrics in a single compact bar at the top right of your chart.
New in this version:
• Upgraded to Pine v6 for better stability and future support
• Added an enhanced Beta metric with:
– Beta value versus your chosen index (SPX, COMP, NDX, DOW, RUT)
– Color coded Beta heat map so you can see volatility at a glance
– Beta trend label that tells you if risk is rising or falling
– Volatility class label from Low to Ultra
• Added a Sharpe Ratio module that:
– Calculates annualized risk adjusted returns over your selected lookback period
– Classifies Sharpe from Suboptimal to Elite
• Kept the original Market Intelligence Bar features:
– PE ratio with dynamic color coding
– 1W, 1M, 2M, 3M, 6M, 1Y, 2Y percent change
– ATR and TS labels
– Volume surge label versus lookback
– Dividend yield and Net Income Margin (NIM)
The goal is simple. In one fast glance you see:
• How the stock has performed across multiple time frames
• How expensive or cheap it looks on PE and margin
• How volatile it trades versus the index
• How well you are being paid for the risk you are taking via the Sharpe Ratio
I use this every day to quickly sort between calm, normal and wild stocks and to avoid taking big risks without being paid for it.
