Volume
LPB MicroCycles StrategyWhat it is:
We use the Hodrick-Prescott filter applied to the closing price, and then take the outputted trendline and apply a custom vwap, the time frame of which is based on user input, not the default 1 day vwap . Then we go long if the value 2 bars ago is greater then one bar ago. We sell and color the bars and lines when the if the value of 2 bars ago is less than one bar ago.
Also included:
GUI for backtesting
ATR Based Stop Loss
How to use:
Go long when the indicators suggest it, and use the stop losses to reduce risk.
Best if paired with a volatility measurement (inside candles, average true range , bollingerband%B)
Volume Difference Delta Cycle OscillatorVolume Difference Delta Cycle Oscillator indicator:
Using the power of my Volume Difference Indicator and standard deviations based on Bollinger Bands and more, we present this wonderful indicator with the following features:
Price Action Histogram: This is the bread and butter of this graph, if the PAH is above 0, this is considered a BULL cycle, and if below 0, this is considered a BEAR cycle. The histogram will move up and down based on the Histagram settings you set in the properties field. Be careful, we advise using default settings.
Custom Overbought & Oversold Lines:mean
These lines can be used to identify when to buy and sell the security, and help you make sense of the action of the histogram. Change the color, size, and linewidth!
These lines are what are used to perform the trades with the strategy as well, so if you change them, they will make an impact on the strategy itself.
EzSpot Background:
Do you want to turn your brain off and just trade when you you're inside an Overbought or Oversold line? Awesome! Turn on EzSpot backgrounds, and when it's green, go long, when it's red go short! Simple as that!
How it works:
By taking the Delta of the Volume Difference Indicator we're able to find the rate of change of the amount of change of volume, allowing us to see changes in volume before price changes. To add onto these, we supercharge it by taking the output of this line as the input source of bollinger bands which we use to output the %B of the Delta of the Volume Difference Indicator.
Separately, we calculate the %B of the current close to use later.
The final step is taking the second %B (which is an indication of where price lies on the curve of historical price data), and from it subtract the first %B, which allows us to visualize the standard deviation of the closing price, minus the standard deviation of Delta of the Volume Difference , which in essence allows us to see when volume changes but price does not and vice versa.
This final output is then plotted along with an over bought and over sold line, which we use to perform our trades on.
Simplified: This indicator shows the cycles of price action - volume based on the rate of the rate of volume changes based on price and the closing price.
Super Simple: Notice when volume increases but price hasn't, and vice versa with this indicator.
BBPBΔ(OBV-PVT)BB - Time Series Decomposition & Volume WeightedThis is an indicator that shows 5 different points of information:
#1 The Trendline is uses a time-series decomposition to remove noise and seasonality data to provide a trendline without using moving averages. This is then further processed by a custom VWAP block that weights it based on the time frame you're currently using.
#2 BB%B - This is the blue histogram that's partially transparent. This is used to find when a security is overbought or oversold.
#3 BB%B of the Δ(OBV-PVT). This is the green histogram. We took the OBV and subtracted the PVT from it, then we found the delta of that compared to the previous candle. This output a line, which we wrapped in bollinger bands to find the BB%B of this line. This line is represented as a histogram, for visual clarity.
#4 Long and Short Indicators: Long is represented by a green dot, and short is represented by a red dot.
#5 Zones - there are multiple zones, which are used to identify overbought and oversold zones.
How to use the indicator:
Simple way: Long on green dot, Short on red dot. Use stop losses and take profits.
Slightly More Complex: Same as above, but also close out longs, when the green histogram drops but the blue does not. As this means price action hasn't caught up with volume. Use stop losses and take profits.
Full Usage: Long only when both the green, blue and yellow lines are below 0, and sell when the blue or green histogram rises above 1. Perform the opposite for the shorting. Ignore the dots if you use this method, they are for simple reference points til you get used to this indicator. Use stop losses and take profits.

Bollinger band & Volume based strategy V2this script is upgraded version of previous one the major change is deleted script which find a highest price after entry the last of strategy is same.
If current volume is above daily average volume, and three bollinger band`s Standard Deviation, 1 and 1.5 and 2 if the current lowest price is bigger then 1 stdev and current closed is bigger then 1.5 stdev and the last, highest price is above 2.0 stdev, it defined current market is bullish and had momentum.
and the Short will entered when ma60 and ma120 is undercrossed it work as prevent current price is way lower then entry price.
**this script is working in 15min Only in BTC market or USDT**
** basic equity setting is 500$, set your own**
**if you will use this in real-trade,plz comment the result to me**
Ps: i wanna know why my script is only working well in 15 min tick, anyone who has similar phenomenon or if you had a answer about it, please comment me.
Vol ST VMThis script works with super trend and volume. Based on super trend and MA signal we can go for buy/sell.
Use min 1Hr time frame.
We can use this mostly for 24Hr markets.
Volume and Moving average, will this model working in real-trade?i`ve recently made this script through few month, understand me if there are some incorrect grammar or something.
basically this script is based on moving average strategy and the bollinger bands
if the buy volume is bigger than sell volume, also buy volume is bigger then daily average volume than it`s defined current market is bullish and entered(of course there is some other conditions)
the exit condition is find the highest price after entered, keep refresh the highest price through time and then,if the current price is ?%lower then highest price,it will closed the position.
my question is this : 1 this model will working in real-trade?
2 why the winning rate is 100%?
- i`ve coded if the position margin over -10%,close the position this code isn`t work? or the other profit line is prevent that happened?
Daily HIGH/LOW strategyThis is a DAILY High/LOW strategy combined with a moving average and volume for more accuracy.
The rules are simple :
For long if we had a cross of the high with the previous high and close of the candle is above moving average and chaikin money flow volume is positive we have a long entry.
We exit when we cross down the moving average with the close of the candle.
For short if we had a crossdown of the low with the previous low and close of the candle is below moving average and chaikin money flow volume is negative we have a short entry.
We exit when we cross above the moving average with the close of the candle.
This strategy has no risk management inside so use it with caution.
If you have any questions, let me know
Buy and Hold, which day of month is best to buy?I wanted to invest a certain fiat amount each month and was wondering which day would be best to do this.
So, with this script, you can set your entry day. On the last day of the date range, it will close all positions. You can then see what amount of the asset you have accumulated to date. If you try all the days of the month and see when you can sell the most amount of the asset, you've found the best buy date of the month for that asset.
A second option is to set an exit day. This is good for a strategy where you would go long (buy) on the entry date and short (sell) on the exit day.
This was inspired by people running out of money by the end of the month and selling their asset, which could make the price fall. Then when they receive the wages by the 5th or so, they would rebuy, causing the price to go up.
TemaVWAPRSI StrategyExchange: Kraken
Timeframe: 5m
Pair: ETH/USD
If you use this for any other exchange or pair, you'll have to tweak the settings, most importantly are the trailing stop ticks. This strategy is currently in what I would call beta mode. It uses the volume weighted average price indicator, rate of change, two triple exponential moving averages and the relative strength index to find buy and sell signals.
SQZ Multiframe StrategyThis is a first attempt to automate what my current strategy when trading is.
It uses 2 timeframes: the one you are currently using to see the chart and an "anchor trend" which is a higher order frame.
Supported timeframes are: 1m, 5m, 15m, 30m, 1H, 4H, 1D, 1W
The Strategy relies on two indicators:
Squeeze Momentum Indicator
CMF
How does it works?
It looks for a moment when the following conditions are met.
For Long:
Positive directionality in SQZM monitor in anchor timeframe
Positive directionality in SQZM monitor in current timeframe
Recent minimum in CMF
For Short:
Negative directionality in SQZM monitor in anchor timeframe
Negative directionality in SQZM monitor in current timeframe
Recent maximum in CMF
After a BUY or SELL order is executed the plot will start showing two lines: A TP line, and a SL line.
The TP and SL move dynamically based on a greedy algorithm based on 3 input parameters.
Min Profit to Start Moving SL (%): Sets an initial target for the trade.
Maximum Possible of SL (%): This is the maximum amount possible for SL. If volatility is not too high, a shorter SL will be chosen based on Kaufman's Stops method
Take profit factor: Is how much portion of the target I am taking as profit once the target is reached
Example for 5% Min profit:
When the first target is reached (+5%), the SL will be updated to 2.5% over the enter price.
When the second target is reached (+10%), the SL will be updated to 5% over the enter price.
Note: The strategy might abandon the position prematurely if a contrary signal is received while the trade is opened, and will change direction.
The Strategy has been backtested mostly for crypto. It might be good for stocks too, but the parameters mentioned might need some adjustments since price moves at a different rate.
Recommended timeframe is 4H for BTC , and 30min/1H for alts.
Comments and ideas are more than welcome!

Long TermThe Strategy is to buy based on Stan which is long term strategy on stocks. This works on 30WEEK And RSI indicator which helps to understand when to enter stock and when not to.
Additionally due to fast moving trades, added logic of crossover of close price above 50DMA
Crypto Squeeze StrategyThis strategy was inspired by two famous Trading View contributors. Shout out to Lazy Bear and Crypto Face!
The strategy includes a similar replication of the blue wave, and MFI indicator. The point of the strategy is to buy when the blue wave crosses up the zero value, and the MFI is greater than zero value. This indicates that there is strong bullish momentum and money flowing into the market.
[KL] Relative Volume + ATR StrategyThis strategy will enter into long position when (a) current volume is above the average volume, and when (b) volatility of prices (based on ATR) is relatively low.
Backtested on hourly timeframes, win rates range between 35% to 50% on stocks with positive drifts (i.e. tendency to move upwards). Default setups are as follows:
- Average volume is computed using simple moving average (sma) of 14 periods. By default, 1.4x ratio seems to work well on most large cap stocks. If it's too high, then amount of potential points for entry will decrease. But if it's too low, then this indicator becomes meaningless.
- ATR (for determining volatility), look back period is 14 (following conventions). I have noticed that the profits could change drastically when changed to different values for each individually security. Feel free to experiment around with this parameter.
Other information: This strategy is based off of one of my previous scripts; a script called "Relatively Volume Strategy". The objective of this new script is to simplify the process of determining periods of low volatility. In this new script, we assume prices are consolidating when current ATR is within its moving average value by +/- one standard deviation.
Swing VWAP Weekly Stock and Crypto StrategyThis is a simple yet very efficient swing strategy designed for crypto and stock market, using big timeframes.
Its main component is VWAP weekly, so for best scenarios its better to use big timeframes such as 8h+.
The rules for entry are simple:
If our close if above vwap weekly we enter long .
If our close is below vwap weekly we enter short.
We exit from the trade, when a reverse condition than the entry one is triggered.
Because this strategy has no risk management inside, I recommend to be careful with it.

Weis BB StrategyThis is a strategy based on Weis Wave & EMA. Weis Wave Volume is used to determine the overall trend and Bollinger Band to determine the Price breaking out from resistance zones.
[VJ] Viper VWAP IntradayHello Traders, this is a simple intraday strategy involving the ever reliable VWAP and a chop index to add twist to the traditional style . You can modify the values on the stock and see what are your best picks. Comment below if you found something with good returns
Strategy: VWAP based strategy but uses an additional powerful indicator Chop index to help us stay out of false trades.
Indicators used :
VWAP identifies the true average price of a stock by factoring the volume of transactions at a specific price point and not based on the closing price. VWAP can add more value than your standard 10, 50, or 200 moving average indicators because VWAP reacts to price movements based on the volume during a given period.
The Choppiness Index is designed to determine whether the market is choppy or trading sideways, or not choppy and trading within a trend in either direction. Using a scale from 1 - 100, the market is considered to be choppy as values near 100 (over 61.80) and trending when values are lower than 38.20)
Buying/Selling typically happens at VWAP Breakouts which is then validated with extreme CI to ascertain the entries
Aggressive trade stop can be employed by using the % for long and shorts in the strategy.
Usage & Best setting :
Choose a good volatile stock and a time frame - 10m.
CI Index : 14
Trend Factor - anything below 38.2 is considered in trend, you can experiment from 50
There is stop loss and take profit that can be used to optimise your trade
The template also includes daily square off based on your time.
[VJ] Mega Supertrend for IntradayThis is a simple intraday strategy for working on Stocks or commodities based out on Super Trend and intraday's best friend - VWAP . You can modify the start time and end time based on your timezones. Session value should be from market start to the time you want to square-off
Important: The end time should be at least 2 minutes before the intraday square-off time set by your broker
Comment below if you get good returns
Strategy: Tweaked Super trend with VWAP
Indicators used :
Super trend is simple and easy to use indicator and gives a precise reading about an on going trend. It is built with two parameters, namely period and multiplier. The Buy and Sell signal modifies once the indicator tosses over the closing price. When the Super trend closes above the Price, a Buy signal is generated, and when the Super trend closes below the Price, a Sell signal is generated. In this case we use it only for direction .
Multiplier is a vital input for Super trend. If the multiplier value is too high, then lesser number of signals is made.
Volume is important as we don’t want to get stuck with a stock which has few takers, even if you think it is priced attractively. Thus, the VWAP was created to take into account both volume as well as Price so that the potential trader would make the trading decision or not.
In simple terms, the Volume Weighted Average price is the cumulative average price with respect to the volume
Buying/Selling
when the closing price starts moving up/down and farther from the VWAP, there is pressure among the traders to sell/buy, a general belief kicks in that it might be that the stock is overvalued/undervalued .This is the time when we couple the Super trend to take our entries
Usage & Best setting :
Choose a good volatile stock and a time frame - 5m.
ST multiplier : 3
There is stop loss and take profit that can be used to optimise your trade
The template also includes daily square off based on your time.
QuickSilver Intraday using RSIThis is a simple intraday strategy using very basic intraday super indicators - RSI & VWAP for working on Stocks . You can modify the values on the stock and see what are your best picks. Comment below if you found something with good returns
Strategy:
Indicators used :
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is one of the most popular and widely used momentum oscillators. The values of the RSI oscillator, typically measured over a 14-day period, fluctuate between zero and 100. The Relative Strength Index indicates oversold market conditions when below 30 and overbought market conditions when above 70
VWAP identifies the true average price of a stock by factoring the volume of transactions at a specific price point and not based on the closing price. VWAP can add more value than your standard 10, 50, or 200 moving average indicators because VWAP reacts to price movements based on the volume during a given period.
Buying happens at VWAP Breakouts which is then validated with RSI to check for overbought & oversold conditions.
Aggressive trade stop can be employed by using the % for long and shorts in the strategy.
Usage & Best setting :
Choose a good volatile stock and a time frame - 10m.
RSI : 9
Overbought & Oversold - can be varied as per user
There is stop loss and take profit that can be used to optimise your trade
Extending this to,
In general guidelines for RSI :
Short-term intraday traders (day trading) often use lower settings with periods in the range of 9-11.
Medium-term swing traders frequently use the default period setting of 14.
Longer-term position traders often set it at a higher period, in the range of 20-30.
The template also includes daily square off based on your time.
[VJ]Thor for MFIThis is a simple intraday strategy for working on Stocks or commodities . You can modify the start time and end time based on your timezones. Session value should be from market start to the time you want to square-off
Important: The end time should be at least 2 minutes before the intraday square-off time set by your broker
Comment below if you get good returns
Strategy:
Indicators used :
Moving average (MA) is a widely used technical indicator that smooths out price trends by filtering out the “noise” from random short-term price fluctuations. Here moving averages are used to identify trend direction and to determine support and resistance levels. Overbought and oversold regions are also taken into consideration
The Money Flow Index ( MFI ) is a momentum indicator that measures the flow of money into and out of a security over a specified period of time. It is related to the Relative Strength Index ( RSI ) but incorporates volume , whereas the RSI only considers price. The MFI is calculated by accumulating positive and negative Money Flow values (see Money Flow ), then creating a Money Ratio. The Money Ratio is then normalized into the MFI oscillator form.
Using the combination of Overbought and Oversold values and varying MFI and using the MA filter to ensure the direction , we can buy/sell when conditions are met
Buying with MFI
1. MFI drops below 20 and enters inside oversold zone.
2. MFI bounces back above 20.
3. MFI pulls back but remains above 20.
4. A MFI break out above its previous high is a good buy signal.
Selling with MFI
1. MFI rises above 80 and enters inside overbought zone.
2. MFI drops back below 80.
3. MFI rises slightly but remains below 80.
4. MFI drops lower than its previous low is a signal to short sell or profit booking
Usage & Best setting :
Choose a good volatile stock and a time frame - 5m.
MFI factor : 3
Moving Average : 80
Overbought & Oversold - can be varied as per user
There is stop loss and take profit that can be used to optimise your trade
The template also includes daily square off based on your time.
