Consolidation Chopper█ OVERVIEW
Consolidation Chopper is a regime detection indicator designed to identify whether the market is currently in a consolidation (sideways) phase or a trending phase. The indicator uses a proprietary multi-timeframe approach to analyze price action across different windows, providing a more robust classification than single-timeframe methods.
The indicator features an impulse override system that can detect sudden breakouts from consolidation ranges, allowing for faster regime transitions when significant price movement occurs.
█ FEATURES
Three-State Regime Detection
• Sideways — Market is consolidating with no clear directional bias
• Breakout — An impulse move has been detected, signaling a potential regime change
• Trending — Market is exhibiting directional movement
Adaptive Thresholds
The indicator can self-calibrate its detection thresholds based on the instrument's historical behavior, making it adaptable across different markets and asset classes without manual tuning.
Dynamic Range Tracking
During consolidation periods, the indicator tracks the evolving range boundaries:
• Yellow lines show the current range high and low
• Orange lines show the buffered boundaries used for impulse detection
• Range continuously updates as price action develops
Impulse Override System
Multiple configurable conditions can trigger an early exit from consolidation:
• Bar body relative to range size
• Bar range relative to volatility
• Close beyond buffered range boundaries
• Multi-bar cumulative movement
Each condition can be independently enabled or disabled.
Confirmation Layers
Optional confirmation metrics provide additional confidence scoring for the current regime classification. The info panel displays confidence percentage and confirmation status.
Cooldown System
Prevents rapid regime oscillation by enforcing a minimum duration after breakout events before allowing return to sideways classification.
█ HOW TO USE
1 — Add the indicator to your chart. The background color indicates the current regime.
2 — During sideways regimes, observe the yellow range lines to understand the current consolidation boundaries.
3 — Watch for IMP markers which indicate impulse-triggered breakouts.
4 — Use the info panel (top right) to monitor:
Current regime and confidence level
Range boundaries and buffer values
Cooldown status
5 — Adjust impulse detection parameters based on your instrument's volatility characteristics.
Higher values = fewer triggers (more conservative)
Lower values = more triggers (more sensitive)
█ SETTINGS
Threshold Settings
Control the sensitivity of regime classification. Adaptive mode auto-calibrates based on historical data tuned for your instrument.
Impulse Override
Configure which conditions trigger early breakout detection and their respective thresholds.
Multi-Bar Impulse
Settings for detecting breakouts that occur over multiple bars rather than a single impulse candle.
Range Tracking
Configure the establishment period and buffer zone for consolidation range detection.
Cooldown
Set the minimum bars required after a breakout before returning to sideways classification.
█ LIMITATIONS
• The indicator requires sufficient historical data to establish adaptive thresholds.
Initial bars may show less reliable classifications.
• Like all regime detection methods, there is going to be inherent lag in identifying transitions, but this method minimizes it.
The impulse override system helps mitigate this but cannot eliminate it entirely.
• Performance may vary across different timeframes and instruments.
Some parameter tuning is recommended for optimal results.
█ NOTES
This indicator is designed as a filter or context tool to be used alongside other analysis methods. It does not generate trade signals directly but provides market structure context that can inform trading decisions. Typically once a range breaks you can expect directional movement/impulses or higher volatility regimes.
Consolidation-breakout
Consolidation and Breakout StrategyConsolidation and Breakout Strategy
This strategy is designed to detect tight consolidation zones followed by a strong breakout, allowing traders to capture explosive moves with high precision.
It works on every instrument (indices, stocks, crypto, futures, FX) and on every timeframe, as the consolidation logic is fully dynamic and adapts automatically based on volatility.
How It Works
The strategy finds periods of low volatility using a candle-body volatility filter.
When candles remain small for several bars, the script marks a consolidation box.
A valid breakout occurs only when:
The breakout candle is significantly larger (volatility expansion), and
Price closes outside the consolidation range with strong momentum.
A position is opened immediately on the breakout (on bar close).
Predefined TP/SL levels, with optional partial exits, manage the trade.
Default Performance (NQ 1-Minute Example)
With default parameters, using NASDAQ Futures (NQ) on the 1-minute chart, the strategy historically shows:
Win Rate: ~62.75%
Profit Factor: ~1.70
These numbers vary by provider and data source, but they highlight how well this structure performs in high-volatility markets.
Fully Customizable
Every key parameter is adjustable:
Consolidation detection sensitivity
Breakout strength threshold
TP/SL multipliers or percentages
Session filters
Partial exit logic
Visuals (boxes, colors, signals)
You can fine-tune the settings for your preferred instrument and timeframe.
Recommended Markets
This breakout structure works especially well on:
Index futures (NQ, ES, YM, DAX, FTSE)
Major crypto pairs
High-volume stocks
FX pairs with clean intraday movement
Smart Range Breakout System (Zeiierman)█ Overview
Smart Range Breakout System (Zeiierman) is a full breakout–trend–risk framework engineered around volatility compression, adaptive range detection, and a volatility-adaptive structural mapping layer that continuously reshapes itself as price migrates away from compression zones. Rather than reacting to simple line breaks, the system identifies statistically quiet regimes, models the expansion phase as momentum re-enters the market, and then deploys a unified architecture of trend projection, dynamic trailing stops, and risk–reward structuring that evolves in real time with the unfolding move.
This tool is designed for traders who want a self-contained breakout workflow: first detect valid ranges, then trade the expansion, then manage the trend and exits via automatically generated levels and alerts.
⚪ Why This One Is Unique
The core engine combines a custom price-contraction model with volatility-responsive boundary levels to detect when the market is transitioning between quiet and active phases. From this model, the script generates a smoothed synthetic average that acts as the reference point for identifying compression zones and validating breakout conditions. Using this foundation, the system builds a complete visual trade map: breakout boxes that mark consolidation, breakout markers that signal expansion, a trend cloud that tracks directional bias, adaptive trailing stops that follow price movement, and optional risk-reward levels that automatically adjust to each new breakout.
Unlike conventional breakout indicators that rely on a single high/low lookback, this system uses:
A price contraction engine that re-weights candle structure through a momentum-like transform, generating a stabilized price that better captures compression and release.
An adaptive low-volatility counter that waits for statistically quiet behavior before declaring a range.
█ Main Features
⚪ Breakout Signals With Dynamic Risk-Reward Levels
The system identifies meaningful breakouts emerging from compressed price zones and immediately maps a complete trade structure around each signal.
Each breakout generates:
Directional breakout markers to confirm expansion
Entry, Stop, TP1, and TP2 levels that are automatically projected
A dynamic trailing stop is added to lock in profits as the price moves
Risk and reward zones visualized through adaptive fills
Labels that update in real time as targets are reached or invalidated
This creates a clear, self-contained decision map that helps traders evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and track the progression of each breakout without manual calculations.
⚪ Trend Cloud
A continuously updating Trend Cloud highlights the active directional regime and offers immediate visual trend identification through its color-coded bias. It shows whether a breakout aligns with the prevailing direction, provides a smoother and more stable representation of the trend than raw price alone, and creates an intuitive backdrop for distinguishing trend-following opportunities from countertrend setups. By filtering out noise and emphasizing directional stability, the cloud helps improve timing, signal quality, and overall alignment with the dominant market structure.
█ How to Use
⚪ Breakout Trading from Range Boxes
1. Identify Compression Zones
Look for periods where the Range Breakout Box appears: this signals a statistically quiet regime where price has compressed around a bounded range.
The box top and bottom approximate the upper and lower bounds of the market’s recent equilibrium.
2. Trade the Expansion
Bullish Breakout:
Triggered when the synthetic price crosses above the box top.
A green breakout marker appears below the price (triangle up).
This signals that price is breaking out of the compression zone with enough momentum to establish a meaningful structural move to the upside.
Bearish Breakout:
Triggered when the price crosses below the box bottom.
A red breakout marker appears above the price (triangle down).
Signals a breakdown out of the range to the downside.
⚪ Trend Following with the Trend Cloud
The Trend Cloud is a volatility-responsive band that adjusts to the system’s internal trend. In bullish conditions, it shifts to the up-color beneath price, and in bearish conditions, it flips to the down-color above price, giving a clear visual read of market direction.
The cloud effectively separates impulsive trend legs from noise, so you can align breakout trades only with the dominant directional regime.
Long Setups
Favor long setups (Break Up) when the price is traveling above or inside a bullish cloud.
Short Steups
Favor short setups (Break Down) when the price is below or inside a bearish cloud.
Ignore counter-trend breakouts that form directly against a strong, stable cloud unless you are intentionally trading mean reversion.
⚪ Breakout Management and Risk-Reward
Once a breakout occurs, the system instantly activates a directional trailing stop that follows the trend. For long setups, the stop stays below the price and moves upward as momentum builds. For short setups, it stays above the price and moves downward as the trend strengthens. If price hits the trailing stop, an X-cross appears on the chart to mark the exit, and the stop is reset for the next signal. You can adjust the sensitivity to make the stop tighter or more relaxed, depending on your preference.
When Risk-Reward Levels are enabled, the script also builds a complete trade structure around the breakout. It places an entry line at the breakout close, and projects two target levels forward. The area between entry and stop is shaded as risk, while the area toward the targets is shaded as reward. Labels update automatically as targets are reached, turning into a clear confirmation mark when a level is hit and signaling with an icon if the stop is touched.
Together, the trailing stop and risk-reward ladder create a clear, real-time map of each breakout’s progression, helping you manage risk, monitor targets, and follow the move with structure and confidence.
█ How It Works
⚪ Compression Detection & Range Formation
The system identifies quiet market phases where price contracts into narrow zones and stabilizes around a synthetic equilibrium level. These zones form the foundation for valid breakout opportunities.
Calculation: Persistence-based boundary tracking with volatility-normalized change detection and equilibrium anchoring to identify statistically constrained price regimes.
⚪ Breakout Engine
Breakouts occur only when the internal average breaks out of a validated compression zone, confirming that the market is transitioning from containment to expansion.
Calculation: Boundary-crossing logic on dispersion-expanded structures with directional state shifts encoded through threshold-gated transitions.
⚪ Trend State
A dynamic trend state guides directional bias, while the Trend Cloud visually expresses this bias directly on the chart, shifting beneath or above the price depending on the active regime.
Calculation: Dual-regime state modeling using filtered directional vectors, volatility-responsive offsets, and continuity enforcement to avoid noise-driven flips.

Advanced Range Analyzer ProAdvanced Range Analyzer Pro – Adaptive Range Detection & Breakout Forecasting
Overview
Advanced Range Analyzer Pro is a comprehensive trading tool designed to help traders identify consolidations, evaluate their strength, and forecast potential breakout direction. By combining volatility-adjusted thresholds, volume distribution analysis, and historical breakout behavior, the indicator builds an adaptive framework for navigating sideways price action. Instead of treating ranges as noise, this system transforms them into opportunities for mean reversion or breakout trading.
How It Works
The indicator continuously scans price action to identify active range environments. Ranges are defined by volatility compression, repeated boundary interactions, and clustering of volume near equilibrium. Once detected, the indicator assigns a strength score (0–100), which quantifies how well-defined and compressed the consolidation is.
Breakout probabilities are then calculated by factoring in:
Relative time spent near the upper vs. lower range boundaries
Historical breakout tendencies for similar structures
Volume distribution inside the range
Momentum alignment using auxiliary filters (RSI/MACD)
This creates a live probability forecast that updates as price evolves. The tool also supports range memory, allowing traders to analyze the last completed range after a breakout has occurred. A dynamic strength meter is displayed directly above each consolidation range, providing real-time insight into range compression and breakout potential.
Signals and Breakouts
Advanced Range Analyzer Pro includes a structured set of visual tools to highlight actionable conditions:
Range Zones – Gradient-filled boxes highlight active consolidations.
Strength Meter – A live score displayed in the dashboard quantifies compression.
Breakout Labels – Probability percentages show bias toward bullish or bearish continuation.
Breakout Highlights – When a breakout occurs, the range is marked with directional confirmation.
Dashboard Table – Displays current status, strength, live/last range mode, and probabilities.
These elements update in real time, ensuring that traders always see the current state of consolidation and breakout risk.
Interpretation
Range Strength : High scores (70–100) indicate strong consolidations likely to resolve explosively, while low scores suggest weak or choppy ranges prone to false signals.
Breakout Probability : Directional bias greater than 60% suggests meaningful breakout pressure. Equal probabilities indicate balanced compression, favoring mean-reversion strategies.
Market Context : Ranges aligned with higher timeframe trends often resolve in the dominant direction, while counter-trend ranges may lead to reversals or liquidity sweeps.
Volatility Insight : Tight ranges with low ATR imply imminent expansion; wide ranges signal extended consolidation or distribution phases.
Strategy Integration
Advanced Range Analyzer Pro can be applied across multiple trading styles:
Breakout Trading : Enter on probability shifts above 60% with confirmation of volume or momentum.
Mean Reversion : Trade inside ranges with high strength scores by fading boundaries and targeting equilibrium.
Trend Continuation : Focus on ranges that form mid-trend, anticipating continuation after consolidation.
Liquidity Sweeps : Use failed breakouts at boundaries to capture reversals.
Multi-Timeframe : Apply on higher timeframes to frame market context, then execute on lower timeframes.

Trend Range Detector (Zeiierman)█ Overview
Trend Range Detector (Zeiierman) is a market structure tool that identifies and tracks periods of price compression by forming adaptive range boxes based on volatility and price movement. When prices remain stable within a defined band, the script dynamically draws a range box; when prices break out of that structure, the box highlights the breakout in real-time.
By combining a volatility-based envelope with a custom weighted centerline, this tool filters out noise and isolates truly stable zones — providing a clean framework for traders who focus on accumulation, distribution, breakout anticipation, and reversion opportunities.
Whether you're range trading, spotting trend consolidations, or looking for volatility contractions before major moves, the Trend Range Detector gives you a mathematically adaptive, visually intuitive structure that maps the heartbeat of the market.
█ How It Works
⚪ Range Formation Engine
The core of this indicator revolves around two conditions:
Distance Filter: The maximum distance between all recent closes and a dynamic centerline must remain within a volatility envelope.
Volatility Envelope: Based on an ATR(2000) multiplied by a user-defined factor to account for broader market volatility trends.
If both conditions are satisfied over the most recent length bars, a range box is drawn to visually anchor the zone.
⚪ Dynamic Breakout Coloring
When price breaks out of the top or bottom of the active range box, the box color shifts in real-time:
Blue Boxes represent areas where price has remained within a defined volatility envelope over a sustained number of bars. These zones reflect stable, low-volatility periods, often associated with consolidation, equilibrium, or market indecision.
Green Boxes for bullish breakouts.
Red Boxes for bearish breakdowns.
This allows traders to visually spot transitions from consolidation to expansion phases without relying on lagging signals.
█ Why Use a Weighted Close Instead of SMA?
A standard Simple Moving Average (SMA) treats all past closes equally, which works well in theory, but not in dynamic, fast-shifting markets. In this script, we replace the traditional SMA with a speed-weighted average that reflects how aggressively the market has moved bar-to-bar.
⚪ Here's why it matters:
Bars with higher momentum (larger price differences between closes) are given more weight.
Slow, sideways candles (typical in noise or low volume) contribute less to the calculated centerline.
This method creates a more accurate snapshot of market behavior, especially during volatile phases. As a result, the indicator adapts to market conditions more effectively, helping traders identify real consolidation zones, not just average lines distorted by flat bars or noise.
█ How to Use
⚪ Range Detection
Boxes form only when price remains consistently close to the speed-weighted mean.
Helps identify sideways zones, consolidations, and low-volatility structures where price is “charging up.”
⚪ Breakout Confirmation
Once price exits the top or bottom boundary, the box immediately highlights the direction of the break.
Use this signal in conjunction with your own momentum, volume, or trend filters for higher-confidence trades.
█ Settings
Minimum Range Length: Number of candles required for a valid range to form.
Range Width Multiplier: Adjusts the envelope around the weighted average using ATR(2000).
Highlight Box Breaks: Enables real-time coloring of breakouts and breakdowns for immediate visual feedback.

Hodie Smart Inside BarThe Hodie Smart Inside Bar indicator automatically detects and visually highlights inside bars — candles fully contained within the range of the previous (parent) candle.
How the indicator works:
Inside Bar Identification:
The indicator analyzes each candle and checks if its high is lower than the previous candle’s high, and its low is higher than the previous candle’s low. If this condition is met, the candle is considered an inside bar.
Size Filtering:
To filter out small and insignificant consolidations, the indicator compares the size of the parent candle’s range to the inside bar’s range. Only if the parent candle is significantly larger (2 times or more — adjustable parameter), the inside bar is considered significant.
Zone Drawing:
For each detected inside bar, the indicator draws a rectangular zone bounded by the parent candle’s high and low. This zone automatically extends to the right as new bars appear until the price moves outside the parent candle’s range.
Zone Completion:
Once the price closes above the parent candle’s high or below its low, the zone is considered complete and stops extending.
Visual Aids:
If enabled, the indicator can shade the background of the current inside bar for additional visual emphasis.
A label with the text "IB" appears above the inside bar candle on the chart for easier identification.
Alerts:
Supports alerts when a new inside bar forms.
Alerts help traders notice important signals promptly.
To activate, create an alert on the indicator with the condition “New Inside Bar”.
Benefits of the Indicator:
Inside bars often signal consolidation and potential liquidity accumulation, which may be followed by a strong impulsive breakout. This indicator helps traders quickly identify consolidation zones and prepare for possible price moves.
Consolidation and Range PatternHello Traders!
The TRN Consolidation and Range Pattern indicator utilizes a unique swing-based pattern recognition to pinpoint consolidation zones in real-time with unparalleled precision. The rectangle pattern, also known as a trading range or a consolidation pattern, is characterized by horizontal lines that act as support and resistance levels, creating a rectangular shape.
The value of this indicator is to support traders to easily identify consolidations and ranges. The special swing-based pattern recognition and the numerous built-in premium features make this indicator unique. Below, you'll find a list of these features.
Feature List
Real-time consolidation/range detection
Visualization of entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels
Pattern performance statistics
Calculation of risk rewards ratio
Risk Management
Breakout alerts
Customizable pattern size and accuracy
Customizable look and feel
The trader saves a lot of time scanning the markets for consolidation patterns, since everything is done automatically for the trader: Finding the consolidation, looking and alerting for a breakout, computing the entry, stop loss and take profit levels as well as handling the risk management and computing the optimal order quantity. Now, we describe how a combination of these features enhances the trading performance of confirmed consolidation patterns.
How to Trade with the TRN Consolidation and Range Pattern
Identify the Pattern
Add the TRN Consolidation and Range Pattern to your chart and look for the pattern on the asset and timeframe of your choice. The pattern is detected in real-time. If the pattern develops further in the next bars, then the indicator updates the consolidation zone until a breakout is confirmed.
You can also use the built-in alerts to easily get notified when a pattern occurs. In the indicator settings in the "Alerts" section you can choose whether you want to get notified when a pattern is in the making (Pattern active), confirms a breakout to the upside (B/O Up Confirmed) or confirms a breakout to the downside (B/O Down Confirmed). By selecting the "Unconfirmed" option, you will receive notifications when a pattern breakout occurs, even if it is not yet confirmed. This allows you to stay informed about potential breakout opportunities that are still awaiting confirmation.
Check Pattern Statistics
The pattern statistics make it easy for you to see how successful a pattern is on the asset and timeframe you are watching. You should always check them out before entering a trade. The chart displays the statistics in the upper right corner. These statistics are categorized into two sections: "long" for patterns with an upward breakout and "short" for patterns with a downward breakout.
In the initial columns, labeled as "short" and "long", the identified breakouts are further divided based on whether the risk-reward ratio (R) is below a specified value (< x) or equal to/greater than the specified value (>= x). The following columns represent the count of the events:
1. Occ. (Occurrence) categorized according to the values of R from the first column
2. TP1, TP2, TP3 (Take Profit) - targets 1, 2 and 3
3. SL (Stop Loss)
4. T/O (Time Out) - neither stop loss or targets where hit in a certain amount of time
Breakout – Entry, Stop Loss and Targets
The indicator automatically displays the entry price line (EP) in grey et the point where the price breaks through the resistance or support levels, indicating that the consolidation period is over. Once a breakout has been confirmed, place a buy order near the EP level for a long position, or a sell order for a short position. Set your stop-loss at the price level of the red stop-loss line (SL) and set your take-profits at the price level of the green take-profit-lines (TP1, TP2, TP3). Note that your risk-reward ratio (R) was calculated based on TP1.
Risk Management
The TRN Consolidation and Range Pattern comes with a built-in risk management feature. Just go to the settings and scroll down to the section "Risk Management".
Here you can enter your Account Size and the percentage you want to Risk when you enter a position after a pattern breakout.
In the "Trade Management" section, you have the option to define the minimum accepted risk-reward ratio for confirmed rectangles. This means that breakouts of patterns failing to meet the minimum risk-reward ratio will not be considered as confirmed signals.
If a breakout gets confirmed, the indicator automatically calculates the position size (Quantity). You can read the quantity from the gray entry point line (EP), which is located to the right of the risk-reward ratio (R).
Customization and Settings
The indicator can scan for smaller and larger patterns at the same time. Adjust the consolidation sizes in the indicator settings to align them with your preferences. A larger size results in larger consolidations. Depending on the asset class, the market or the market phase, different sizes can be used for the consolidation detection.
To detect more patterns, increase the tolerance level, even though it may result in lower accuracy. However, be mindful that a higher tolerance level may result in more patterns hitting their stop-loss. Look for a tolerance level that leads to favorable statistics and focus on trading patterns with a proven performance history.
Finally, you have the flexibility to customize various visual elements, such as the color of the pattern and whether to display values like price, target, or risk-reward ratio on your chart. You can also choose where these values appear.
Computation Details
The real-time detection of the consolidations and ranges utilizes a unique swing-based pattern recognition. The difference to other swing-based computations is that the pivot points are identified without a look-ahead value. The result is a faster and better real-time detection. Furthermore, the detection of equal lows or highs which form a support or resistance level is based on a dynamic volatility measurement similar to the ATR. The tolerance level unites several internal parameters into one and results in a user-friendly setting.

🔶 Key Features
Identifying Ranges: The Range Finder automatically adapts to the market by continuously evaluating the Average True Range (ATR) and its Simple Moving Average (SMA). This helps in dynamically adjusting the range based on market volatility.
Range Length: Users can specify the number of candles to be used for constructing the range via the "Range Length" input setting. This allows for customization based on trading strategies and preferences.
Range Break Method: The indicator offers the flexibility to choose between two methods for identifying range breaks. Users can select between "Close" or "Wick" based on their preference for using the closing price or the highs and lows (including wicks) of candles for defining the breakout.
Show Range Breaks: This option enables visual representation of range breaks on the chart. When activated, labels with the letter "B" will appear at the breakout point, colored according to the breakout direction (upward breakouts in the chosen up range color and downward breakouts in the chosen down range color).
Range Color Customization: The indicator provides the ability to personalize the visual appearance of the range by selecting preferred colors for ranges indicating potential upward and downward breakouts.
🔶 Disclaimer
It's important to understand that the Range Finder indicator is intended for informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for making trading decisions. Trading financial instruments involves inherent risks, and past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
TrendCylinder (Expo)█ Overview
The TrendCylinder is a dynamic trading indicator designed to capture trends and volatility in an asset's price. It provides a visualization of the current trend direction and upper and lower bands that adapt to volatility changes. By using this indicator, traders can identify potential breakouts or support and resistance levels. While also gauging the volatility to generate trading ranges. The indicator is a comprehensive tool for traders navigating various market conditions by providing a sophisticated blend of trend-following and volatility-based metrics.
█ How It Works
Trend Line: The trend line is constructed using the closing prices with the influence of volatility metrics. The trend line reacts to sudden price changes based on the trend factor and step settings.
Upper & Lower Bands: These bands are not static; they are dynamically adjusted with the calculated standard deviation and Average True Range (ATR) metrics to offer a more flexible, real-world representation of potential price movements, offering an idea of the market's likely trading range.
█ How to Use
Identifying Trends
The trend line can be used to identify the current market trend. If the price is above the trend line, it indicates a bullish trend. Conversely, if the price is below the trend line, it indicates a bearish trend.
Dynamic Support and Resistance
The upper and lower bands (including the trend line) dynamically change with market volatility, acting as moving targets of support and resistance. This helps set up stop-loss or take-profit levels with a higher degree of accuracy.
Breakout vs. Reversion Strategies
Price movements beyond the bands could signify strong trends, making it ideal for breakout strategies.
Fakeouts
If the price touches one of the bands and reverses direction, it could be a fakeout. Traders may choose to trade against the breakout in such scenarios.
█ Settings
Volatility Period: Defines the look-back period for calculating volatility. Higher values adapt the bands more slowly, whereas lower values adapt them more quickly.
Trend Factor: Adjusts the sensitivity of the trend line. Higher values produce a smoother line, while lower values make it more reactive to price changes.
Trend Step: Controls the pace at which the trend line adjusts to sudden price movements. Higher values lead to a slower adjustment and a smoother line, while lower values result in quicker adjustments.

Consolidation Spotter Multi Time FrameThis tool is designed for traders looking to spot areas of consolidation on their charts across various time frames. It highlights these consolidation areas using visually appealing boxes, making it easier to identify potential breakout or breakdown zones.
How To Use:
Spotting Consolidation: When you see a box form on your chart, this represents a consolidation zone. Within this zone, the price is moving sideways without a strong upward or downward trend.
Anticipating Breakouts & Breakdowns: Watch the price as it approaches the edges of the box. A movement outside the box can signal a potential breakout (if above the box) or a breakdown (if below the box). This is where momentum shifts can happen.
Momentum Confirmation: Once the price clearly moves out of the box, it indicates a momentum shift. If the price moves upwards out of the box, this can be seen as bullish momentum. Conversely, if the price moves downwards out of the box, this can be seen as bearish momentum.
To use the tool effectively, adjust the settings to suit your trading style, choose your preferred visual theme, and watch as the script highlights key consolidation areas on your chart.
Tip: To visualize fractals, consider using multiple instances of the "Consolidation Spotter" indicator, each set to a different timeframe. This approach allows you to observe consolidations nested within larger consolidations, offering deeper insights into market structures. 😉
Consolidation BoxThis script aims to help identify sideways markets. Once price leaves the Box the market will usually start a trending phase. Users can set a percent range to detect markets moving sideways within the range.
Consolidation and Breakout (Inside Bars)Consolidation indicates moments of market indecision when there is no shift in price. It is neither positive nor negative. Usually, after a price burst or strong trend movement that market falls back into a phase when traders are cautious about possible overbought or oversold positions. During this period, market reconciles before another breakout or trend emerges. Once you have identified consolidation, the next step is to keep an eye on a possible breakout.
This indicator would be useful for Breakout traders.
A candle's high and low is marked and if consequent candle fails to close above or below the marked candle, it's considered as an inside bar.
This can help breakout traders in tackling fakeouts since the wick above or below the initial candle are neglected and only the candle close above or below the range are considered as breakout.
Accumulation_&_Distribution_Aka_ConsolidationZone - BasicDear Traders,
It so happens to the traders that once in their lifetime journey they be sure to here the below statement.
1. I got struck in the consolidation zone
2. Signals from technical indicators failed because prices were consolidating.
3. Its pretty tuff to detect consolidation zone. (programmatically)
I don't know about other but I have heard this throughout my trading journey. Hence I started to debug the above 3 statements and came up with this indicator which detects consolidation zones in the chart.
there are 3 inputs settings
1. ATR multiplier = can be used to filter the consolidation box height. higher the value bigger the box (vertical view) and smaller the value smaller the box height.
2. Show Last No of Zones = set the No of previous zones you would like to see.
3. Consolidation Size = If set to small. all kind of sizes will be plotted ( majorly works for day trading) if set to wide, script looks for major consolidation zones (majorly works for higher timeframes). if set to medium, script looks medium size to wide size zones majorly for timeframe with more than 30 min.
What's this indicator is taking into account?
1. Moving Averages
2. Linear Regression curves
3. ATR
4. BB
5. BBW
6. Couple of Math calculation to support the zone identification.
Note: Plz do suggest for any kind of improvements or feedbacks.

Consolidation Zone Hunter NPR BasedThis script will search for zones where the range between the high and low is lower than avg % nearest rank of last X bars.
After X(=30) bars of consolidating range it will signal that the market is in a range and draw the top, bottom and middle of that range.
When price breaks the consolidating range the range is cleared, this is where you long/short the breakout. After this it will look for the next range and do the same.
Visual Explanation
Three Week Tight Pattern IndicatorThree Week Tight Pattern is a consolidation indicator which give extra buy point on strong fundamental stocks. You can read about it from IBD here: www.investors.com
Support and Resistance V1 This script is based on Range Support and Resistance .
It works by taking the range of the day, week and month calculating them and plotting 3 layers of Support and Resistance , as soon as it gets non directional /range bound , bar color turns GRAY if its in Bullish Trend and Pink if its in Bearish Trend .. As soon as bar turns Aqua it defines BULLISH Trend and RED bar color defines Bearish Trend . This way you can easily visualize the areas of support and resistance .

Consolidation and Breakout detectorExperimental : This script identifies the consolidation of a stock for selected time period. The consolidation period and range can be configured. 2 levels of consolidation levels can be selected. i.e Strong and medium. The range for strong and medium level of consolidation can also be configured by the user.
A movement in the direction of breakout of the consolidation level is observed most of the times. I have also added reversal line/stoploss line, so that the breakout movement is cancelled once that line is crossed by the candle close.
Currently consolidation levels are configured for 5 minute chart NSE:BANKNIFTY OANDA:NAS100USD . Can be reconfigured easily for any timeframe.
Consolidation Zones - LiveHello Traders!
This is the script that finds Consolidation Zones in Realtime.
How it works?
- The script finds highest/lowest bars by using "Loopback Period"
- Then it calculates direction
- By using the direction and highest/lowest bar info it calculates consolidation zones in realtime
- If the length of consolidation area is equal/greater than user-defined min length then this area is shown as consolidation zone
- Then Consolidation Zone extends automatically if there is no breakout
if you increase the Loopback Length then you get bigger consolidation zones:
You have option to "Paint Consolidation Area" or not:
Enjoy!
[astropark] I Love GannDear Followers,
yet another great tool! Gann was historically a great trader, who strictly followed his theory and died so rich!
Gann Fan is a great indicator: it draws a series of trendlines from important highs and lows in the chart and, as you will see from the chart itself, price action feels those trendlines, which acts as support and resistance !
Once a trendline is broken up, price tends to go upper to the next one, while the contrary happens when a trendline is broken down.
Here an example on BTCUSD:
Here an example on EURUSD:
This indicator
draws for you the Gann Fan, you don't need to do anything !
works on both cryptocurrencies, stocks and forex charts
works on every timeframe, but I suggest you to use it on high timeframes, where it's more reliable
lets you select the starting and the ending day-time from which and to which you want to see gann fans
lets you make trendlines be drawn dashed if you like, as well as you can edit their width
