DESCRIPTION
The Dynamic Trend Overlay is a non-repainting trend indicator that plots dynamic support and resistance based on adapted smoothed EMA baseline logic that confirms trend direction only after consistent directional shifts and price behavior.
FEATURES
🔹 Structure-Based Trend Mode:
Trend Mode controls how fast it reacts:
Select from five predefined trend sensitivity levels — Reactive, Balanced, Filtered, Structured, and Macro — to suit your trading timeframe and volatility preferences.
- Reactive = fast flips
- Macro = slow, stronger confirmation
🔹 Dynamic Support & Resistance
Dynamic support and resistance bands highlight where price may find support or resistance at different structural levels.
🔹 Confirmed Flip Signals (✔)
Non-repainting flip markers print only when the trend actually changes upon candle close.
🔹 Structural Stop-Loss
Optional SL lines show where the trend is technically broken - based on support/resistance band extremes.
