I'm neutral on TLT, seems overdone but it's a flight to safety from all over the world. Could go to $145 unless the rhetoric is dialed down.

Target of $145 reached today. I posted on August 7th that this was likely as it's the common flight to safety. I'm out of TLT for now. I'm in WMT and JNJ currently.
