Here i go through the trade i took on GBPJPY that resulted in a -1% trade but the lessons that come out of it are pretty insightful.
Trading on the lower timeframes can get noisy at times and if we can we should keep to the higher timeframes as much as possible... 15min probably being the lowest for me.
