The way this price structure has played out in 4hr TF it seems ETH is forming an Ascending Triangle according to which the price can be elevated to the mentioned levels in green after a breakout above the upper boundary. This case scenario is possible if BTC doesn't ruin the momentum, otherwise we may see the price moving in opposite direction.
