COF - How we spotted and prepared for this breakout

COF was lagging behind a bit, still building liquidity to break into fresh ATH's. But even though it took an extra few weeks, I was prepared and building my position. The more proof I saw of tapering white in control, the more confident I was in the eventual breakout.

This is something that can be demonstrated on all charts and just outlines the visual aspect of the liquidity building process which every chart must go through in order to see sustained breakouts.
