CHFJPY Bullish by Depreciation Rate Differential in Short Term
Both CHF and JPY carry traders are utilizing the CHF and JPY for carry trading activity to carry major currencies and to drive their derivatives to their upper ceilings/bands in short term. And, the CHFJPY bullish in short term to upper ceiling/band to indicate that the depreciation rate of the JPY by the USD will be "higher" or "wider" than the depreciation rate of CHF by the USD.
At such, the depreciation rates of JPY by the CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP and EUR will be "higher" or "wider" than the depreciation rate of CHF by the CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP and EUR, and/or the width (wide) of the JPY-pegged pairs currency pairs' short term target zones will be "wider" than the CHF-pegged pairs.
Long trade good but at "extra-ordinary" margin maintenance, nearly 25x larger than JPY maintenance margin, not good for profit measurement.
At such, the depreciation rates of JPY by the CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP and EUR will be "higher" or "wider" than the depreciation rate of CHF by the CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP and EUR, and/or the width (wide) of the JPY-pegged pairs currency pairs' short term target zones will be "wider" than the CHF-pegged pairs.
Long trade good but at "extra-ordinary" margin maintenance, nearly 25x larger than JPY maintenance margin, not good for profit measurement.
