Waiting to sell BTC to 38.2 Retrecement then BUY

Hello dear Traders,

As you see There is not many Volume I mean the big players left the BTC for a while,
So I am looking to sell then buy, please kindly check the below;

The area that I mention on the board is

38,2 Retrecement
Support & Resistance
Ab=cd
And If you see the green line, Most of the people will start to sell it after the green line break because most of them are not professional technical analyst.
But over there I am waiting nice High
