As a disciplined investor, I see problems in the recent BTC fluctuations. However, this is just due to similar regulatory news, market manipulations by some exchanges as well as amateurs entering the market and freaking out easily. The other problem is stability. People with billions of dollars of BTC can crash the market devastatingly by selling too much, too quick. That being said for a medium to high risk strategy, I am still deciding and have my mind set on HODLing BTC. The recent downward trend prior to this was the holiday hours market dip, and Bitcoin became more then 4 grand its original price after that. This is why I still think BTC has long holding potential.
