Correction some parameters
- Risk Percent from 10 to 2
- Close at last bar from true to false
- Lowest Low/High Period (stop loss ) from 25 to 9
- Changed Lowest Low/High Period to Stop Loss at Candle No# Low
- fee from 0.25 to 0.1
