The Heikin Ashi Enhanced Fisher Transform indicator cleverly combines Heikin Ashi candles with Fisher Transform calculations to provide precise entry and exit points. The indicator offers two primary methods of use:
Mean-reverting, Entry/Exit Signals:
Entry signal is triggered when the Fisher line crosses above the trigger line while in an oversold state, marked by a change to lime color.
Exit signal occurs when the Fisher line crosses below the trigger line while in an overbought state, represented by a switch to purple color.
Trend-Following Interpretation:
Additionally, when the Fisher line crosses above or below the midline, it typically indicates a strengthening or weakening of trend.
