A partial implementation of Bollinger Bars, as developed by John Bollinger.
This seems to be as close as one can get to true Bollinger Bars with TradingView's current implementation of the Pine language.

This version gets closer to true Bollinger Bars by overlaying blue bars behind the candles, satisfying the thicker blue wicks (nearly) and the ticks on the left/right, designating period open/close.Many thanks to maayank for the collaboration with this revision.
