ContextVision AB: Transactions made under the buy-back programme

Oslo, 23 Oktober – On 3 September, ContextVision AB (“ContextVision” or the “Company”) announced a share buy-back programme of up to NOK 10,000,000, with a maximum of 4,000,000 shares, in the period from 5 September 2025 to 5 March 2026.

DNB Carnegie, acting under the mandate from ContextVision, has carried out the following transactions under the buy-back programme:

Following the completion of the above transactions, ContextVision owns a total of 1 746 811 of own shares, corresponding to 2.26% of ContextVision’s share capital.
