Astor Group announces outcome of the shareholders' preemptive rights and completes its investment in Nordic Shield Group - increasing its ownership to 36%
Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) ("Astor Group" or the "Company") announces today the outcome of the shareholders' preemptive rights in the previously announced investment in the associated company Nordic Shield Group AB ("NSG"). Through the acquisition of approximately 2,830,000 shares, Astor Group will increase its ownership from approximately 30% to approximately 36% in NSG. Payment for the shares will be made in cash in the amount of approximately SEK 22,6 million.

The investment will be made in accordance with the agreement announced on August 26, 2025. All conditions for completion - including approval from the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP) and shareholders' preemptive rights - have now been fulfilled. Completion will take place no later than 2 October 2025. The purchase price of approximately SEK 22,6 million will be paid in cash.
Astor Group sees NSG as a long-term and strategically important partner in critical infrastructure and protected systems, especially in light of the increased demand for robust and mobile solutions in total defense and civil protection.
