Miner Fresnillo reports cyber security incident

Mexico-focused miner Fresnillo FRES said on Tuesday it was subjected to a cyber security incident that resulted in unauthorised access to certain IT systems and data.

The company said all its business units continue their activities. It did not report any financial or material impact.

The company also said its IT experts, along with external specialists, were taking measures to investigate and assess the scope of the incident.
