Concord Enviro to Acquire Pathak Utility for ₹1.01 Crore

Concord Enviro Systems Limited announced that its subsidiary, Rochem Separation Systems (India) Private Limited (RSSPL), will acquire 100% of the equity share capital of Pathak Utility Private Limited (PUPL) for an aggregate consideration of ₹1.01 crore. The acquisition was approved by the Board of Directors of RSSPL on August 7, 2025.

Following the acquisition, PUPL will become a step-down subsidiary of Concord Enviro Systems Limited. Acquisition Details

The proposed acquisition is strategically aimed at strengthening and expanding the presence of RSSPL in the water treatment sector, especially the third party O&M business of the group. Upon such acquisition, PUPL will become the wholly owned subsidiary of RSSPL and the step-down subsidiary of the Company.
