The use of USD as financial gun and dominance by expanding and contracting the monetary supply ( inflation ) or launching their SEC financial soldiers to kill some thing ( countries. armies, wars, citizens, stocks or cryptos.) this its not the exception.

- XRP was the 3-4 beggar market cap crypto.

- 90% of XRP users are not US costumers.
- SEC has no jurisdiction in other countries exchangers.
