Ripple in a serious consolidation pattern

Pennant couple of days ago didn't fire (bummer), now appears Ripple is in a consolidation.
It hasn't fallen to its support yet. Which way it goes now is anybody's guess. I am hopeful that it will head up, that's my personal opinion.
RSI and MFi is picking up, MACD is hard to tell. Price is hugging the lower Bollinger band and a narrow band spells volatility coming ahead.
