XRP broke out of the 2019 range. It's actually pretty bullish.

And a golden cross happened, where institutional moving averages cross-over.
It has only happened before the 2017 bull-run, so it's a good sign for what's to come in 2019 for XRP.
First targets highs are 60 and 90 cents but really anything can happen in crypto wonderland.
So it can blast up on exciting XRP news or Wild Bitcoin moves.
Don't see it drop below 2019 range anymore.
