For those who aren't familiar with SBI Holdings, they're based out of Japan, and have a market cap of $498,530,000,000.00 (looks much nicer than $498.53bb).
SBI Holdings' CEO, Yoshitaka Kitao, just sent out a tweet that reads:

These are the interesting things I sometimes forget to consider when so deep in the charts. Fundamentals, when combined with technical analysis, can paint a picture clearer than that which is painted with technicals or fundamentals separately, which may not tell the whole story like they do when analyzed congruently. This isn't true in all cases, but it's certainly a possibility in this case.
