Shown here on the 4HR Chart of Monero (XMR) you can see that the Momentum Oscillator (RSI) is signaling a medium/ weak bullish divergence. Now, remember, the RSI means general strength, not what the price is doing. So when the RSI is trending up and the price is at a standstill you can bet that the upside is coming.
