XLM USDT Stellar Lumen Cap & Handle Pattern LONG

This idea is based on C&H pattern with first T/P 1 target being 0.618 Fib level and T/P 2 target as measured by the pattern with support of the resistance level.

In short I think this is a long term investment and a nice project with Jed McCaleb behind it. XLM (Stellar) allows users today to send money and assets in ways that have traditionally been the domain of payment providers with a difference that Stellar enables these services by incentivizing a distributed network of computers to run a common software.The idea is anyone using a service powered by Stellar could transfer everything from traditional currencies to tokens representing new and existing assets. These assets can then be traded between users (across borders) with less friction using its cryptocurrency, lumens (XLM)
