#XLM showing signs of bearish Momentum Loss at the right time

As you see here I am using the Bollinger Bands along with the Fibonacci Retracement tool, the Pink highlighted area indicates a loss in bearish momentum at the optimal time. Which is right at the lower Bollinger Band and touching the resistance line, this is a strong indication of a Bull reversal.

Let's see if this plays out as we move through the night into the morning.
