With all the attention now beginning to fade from Libra (or was it Libor?) and the realization it was yet another publicity stunt from a failing company attaching a "cryptocurrency" label to a project in a grand attempt to steal attention from another Bitcoin rally--XLM (my pick for top best centralized decentralized market coin LOL) could finallyy bottom here. Sentiment on alt coins is getting almost as hilarious as it was for Bitcoin at 6k, and 3k.
