The market is very uncertain, between all of the recent announcements and rumors, the price could break in either direction. Market sentiment shows bulls and bears completely in balance, with no clear overtaking by either party. Breakout won't tell us much until the breakout occurs, but a bullish breakout would potentially get us over the 1k satoshi line, whereas a bearish breakout would most likely get us under 700 once more.
