I will stick to my original plan that since the bottom we are correcting previous wave with an ABC correction. Now we are in the wave B and subwave c (green) is forming with a very impulsive 1st wave.
If we use fib levels we get a cluster at 0.667(of wave A) and 1.618(of wave b) - around 7800. It's also very near one of the previous ATHs from november 2017 (7900). Many people use fib 0.65 , maybe also many algorithms - so this is even closer to that ATH.

Nota
we hit the target but I'm not convinced if there is enough boolish strength to go up.
