as the price was falling since 5 weeks ago they cooled off their shorts toward 1450, and now they are cooling off longs as the market starts to bounce higher...
this week's data shows that they gave back long positions to retailers in order to let them buy highs, and they add shorts selling positions this week. they did not add any short positions for 2 months from now.
