Silver: Targets Lows 30s; Big Rally Q1 2021

Must of my view on Silver is similar to that of my recent post in Gold, thus, please view the related ideas for specific analysis across a multitude of PM's and indices and what people should expect.
Silver is consolidating before a Wave 5 final leg up to the low 30s before an ABC correction that will last from the 2nd half of October, through November and December before eventually breaking out significantly in the Winter months of Q1 2021.
This rise in Q1 2021 will follow alongside a significant breakdown in the US dollar to 78-80.
