Is the Bear "Hung" dead?

Seldom i see a perfect "Hanging Man" in VIX at the top of an uptrend.
With the indexes oversold, chances are high that VIX will go back to test that 200EMA which is 13.35.
Lagging indicator MACD showing that uptrend just started....
