History doesn't repeat, but does indeed rhyme - and same happens with human sentiment. Because VIX is a representation of it - we can see something similar happened along the lines of 2008. We all know a a drop is coming - we don't expect a bounce before though - and it is that bounce which I'm predicting to happen soon - and will turn bearish when it happens.
