VIX - this could be breakout
As long as the VIX second contract is above 16, it could be looking up.
The SP500 is agitated lately but still very high. There could be acceleration if the index breaks lower than 2020.
That would in turn propel VIX and Vol higher in general.
The may remove the "extended period" language at the next Fed Meeting. The market is not prepared to take it well.
