2016Sep25 I am going long to 45.65 with a stop at 44.44.

After oil's drop last week the Saudis are now talking of doing something to bring the price up. Whether or not you believe them the news will likely send the price of oil up.

My stop is 10 pips below the recent swing low and my target reaches the 61.80% fib retracement level.

The RSI is low.
