I see in this graph how 
USDRUB_TOM lose strength in main trend from 2022. Because of bullish signs from 29 may 2023 to today I can suggest rise to 82.6 value, but then downfall to 70-72 interval.
Globally I wait values >100 but I think this way will take ~150-180 days.
