take profit 1 hit. Hold the positions and us a stoploss set around the last high on the 4 hour candle and let it run for take profit 2, or if you fine with these profit close the position.

Also you can let the position run, however, at the 4 hour price is bouncing at a resistance so oil may get higher from here.
