With Trump winning the election and Elon Musk being a supporter of Trump, Tesla is rallying significantly. But looking at market structure, this rally was also expected, considering that Tesla just broke out of a triangle pattern. Now Tesla will soon create new all time highs.

After consolidating for literally four years, Tesla finally managed to break out of the bullish triangle pattern and rallied about +80% in less than 100 days. A short term correction might be due but it is inevitable that Tesla will sooner or later retest the previous all time highs.

This month alone, Tesla is up almost +40%. And why some might say that Tesla is overextended and ready for a correction, there is no reason to doubt the strong momentum and go short. The target is still the previous all time high, which could be hit by the end of this year.
