There is an ascending triangle formation in TexRail with RSI nearing 60. RSI indicates a bullish momentum. Moreover, there is a huge rise in volume. As there is no build up in this near resistance, I have a low confidence in this breakout. Buy only once price breaks resistance with surge in volumes.
