STM just completed its round up completing a cup formation and running into resistance. It hasn't seen this resistance at the $26 level in a year and a half. I'm expecting a bounce off this resistance back down to the $22 level, where it can start to form the handle of the cup formation it just formed. Its a potential 12% move, with a stop alert right above the all time high.
