SPX pullback UPDATE 5: at Cliff's Edge going into NY open

Global risk-off sentiment is growing stronger (more panicky).
Trump's white house address looks to have added to the fear.
We are now at the proverbial Edge of Cliff over a steep ravine.

Wall Street's reaction today will set the direction for next move.
Perhaps Trump administration will add or clarify their action plan.
If we do not see a bounce today, rest of world might capitulate.
