On 4/27 Sparton Corp announced that it "Explores Potential Sale Transaction"
I estimate a valuation in excess of $30 based on fundamental analysis of the company's two segments,
which deserve substantially different valuations.
Is this a Cup & Handle forming?
If so, then the technicals are in synch with the apparent fundamentals.
