As inflation takes off, I think this one will too.
Nice upward channel here, lots of upward movement, only being affected by dividends (expected) and earnings at this point that it has shrugged off quickly.

Continued path. I see this one continuing until late 2021, into early 2022. This will be when minds think that inflation will cool off and normalize. If this is the case, then SAN JUAN will cool off too. Not sure if inflation will cool that quickly, but it gives us a nice variable for projected returns and where a stop loss light be for this one.
