No as in the price action has been moving in a range between 6.57 and 12.49 since Sept 2020. That is almost 4 months already......
Yes because it has a nice bullish candle spike up last nite and this could be the catalyst to break out of the resistance this or next week.

praise Lord. Those who longed this stock may want to take some profits off the table. Such shoot up is not healthy .....
