If this is a bear flag or any other 2 step move then it appears small caps could tank until the Fed meeting. Then a Fed meeting pump.

The correct answer is the bottom of the COVID drop upside down. Timescale is the same.I figured rate increase should do the opposite as rate cuts, lol. Keeps me from having to change the time scale. Note the huge whipsaw at the beginning, remember the market was moving 7% and hitting circuit breaker every day
