RKLB has been consolidating since it hit its $32 target. Although it was a little worrisome to see it break below the 50-day moving average (50DMA) so easily, I was encouraged to see that it bounced off the VWAP and volume profile peak support area.It’s possible that the price could recover from here to near $28 before the earnings report (ER). However, if we see further weakness, I’m watching the $22 area as a critical support level.
The earnings report (ER) will determine whether or not the stock can break above $30 (POC) or fall below $22. 🙏
