Would this count as a symmetrical triangle?

Just wanted to check with the community, does this look like a symmetrical triangle? If so, could we expect a break out to higher levels after it?
I just started and learning every day.
By my humble analysis I would buy at around 18.16 and hopefully ride on towards 24 levels!
Let me know If I'm wrong and or what I could learn more!
