My first thought was, "no revealing signal"...
One second later I saw the really high volume in early September, "Ok, this gives it away".

While Perpetual Protocol seems, well, boring, an experienced on-looker can tell that something is bound to happen in the near future... Maybe weeks but most likely within days.
