NZD/CHF HEADING FOR 0.7900 IN MEDIUM-TERM

The measured NZD/CHF’s long-term exchange rate target zone confirms for the pair to turn to upward direction, and the medium-term exchange rate target zone interior the long-term exchange rate target zone also already aligned to upward (turned to upward). These confirm for NZD/CHF to move to upward direction in medium-term.
The previus width of medium-term exchange rate target zone managed by the RBNZ and BOJ estimated to 16 % (0.6100/0.7300) for 1200 PIPs, wider than global monetarists’ consensus for 15 % to maintain economic and financial stability. The pair pressured down to visit her central band/central parity and depended and aligned to upward at 0.6700, accordingly the estimated new upper medium-term band at 0.7900 of which will be visited by AUD/CHF in medium-term.
As a result, long/buy on NZD/CHF is commendable from the new lower band to target the new upper band for medium-term. For daily, weekly, monthly and short-term bands will be updated on this analysis.

The NZD/USD, NZD/JPY and NZD/CHF are expected to reach their average weighted rates at lower band by tomorrow to resume to long/buy the pairs. At the same time, the EUR/NZD to reach her equivalent average weighted rate at upper band to resume to sell/short inline to the medium-term exchange rate target zone directional movement.

NZD/CHF will be pressured down to lower daily or weekly bands before the pair resumed to move to upward to follow her upward medium-term exchange rate target zone directional movement. The measured average weighted rates at lower bands (daily or weekly) with NZD/USD and NZD/JPY and the equivalent weighted rates at upper band for EUR/NZD will become the entry rates to long NZD/CHF.
