Tuesdays Sell off and How to See it. NQZ2024
1) 12:00 am price opens and trades lower, eventually reaching the 50% mark of the Daily SiBi. And then, in the same lethargic fashion, it trades higher to the 75% area of the SiBi. Clearing out the liquidity in this area.
9:30 - 9:45 clears out and stops on both sides and fails to reach the resting buy-side, which indicates to me that we are about to sink back into yesterday's Opening Range gap.
2) 10:15 we take a Partial Close when the Opening Range Gap has been Closed. Leaving a Partial on for the reach into the Sellside Resting just below price at this point.
3) 3:00 pm we Reach our target and close our position for the day.
Key Take Aways: Higher time frame Understanding. Previous Days Untouched Liquidity, Lack of any Major news event, Layers of Sellside Liquidity below price in many forms, Failure to Breach Buyside Liquidity.
